James Stiles

James was born in Weymouth Massachusetts. When he was 8 months old his family moved to Bethel, Maine where his parents purchased and maintained a four-lane bowling alley and taxi service.

James was given an 8-mm film movie camera when he was 10 years old and has been experimenting with film and video ever since. Working for the University of Maine -Audio Visual Department, James took various courses in film, video, theatre, and literature.

He has volunteered his time to The Big Brother Organization and several non-profit organizations for the arts.

James is currently working with people and the development of film and video productions being made throughout New England.
